ZCJK Global Service Journey in Ghana:

Bringing After-Sales Support Closer to Customers

From August 5 to 30, the ZCJK Block Machine after-sales team launched a special overseas service program, “ZCJK Global Service Journey”, visiting customers in Ghana to provide on-site technical support and strengthen communication with both new and long-term partners.

This trip was not simply a routine customer visit. The team went directly to customers’ offices, homes, and production sites to understand how the machines were being used, what problems operators were facing, and what customers needed for their next stage of production.

For ZCJK, and for HS as part of the group, after-sales service does not end when a machine is delivered. What matters is whether the equipment continues to run properly and whether the customer can keep producing without unnecessary delays.

Meeting Customers Face to Face

During the Ghana trip, the ZCJK team met with several local customers for direct discussions.

Some conversations took place around a table, where customers shared their current production situation, machine-use experience, maintenance concerns, and future business plans. The team listened to their feedback, reviewed technical questions together, and discussed possible solutions based on the customer’s actual factory conditions.

For new customers, these meetings also provided an opportunity to better understand machine configuration, installation preparation, local raw materials, production planning, and future expansion.

Face-to-face communication often reveals details that are difficult to understand through messages or phone calls alone. A customer may describe a machine problem in one way, but after seeing the production process on site, the technical team can often identify the real cause more quickly.

This is why the Ghana visit focused not only on “checking the machine,” but also on understanding the complete production environment around it.

Going Into the Production Site to Solve Real Problems

The service team also visited customers’ block production areas and inspected equipment under actual working conditions.

At the site, technicians could check machine operation, installation conditions, production flow, maintenance status, and the way local operators use the equipment every day.

Depending on the customer’s situation, support may include installation checks, machine adjustment, maintenance guidance, troubleshooting, operator instruction, and advice on improving production practices.

For customers, this kind of on-site support has a very practical value: small problems can be identified before they develop into longer production stops.

Instead of asking the customer to solve everything alone from a distance, the service team works with the operators, checks the situation directly, and looks for a solution that fits the existing equipment, workforce, and production environment.

Service Is Also About Understanding the Local Market

The trip was not limited to technical maintenance.

Through conversations with customers in Ghana, the team also learned more about local demand for concrete blocks, customer purchasing habits, labor conditions, production challenges, and future investment plans.

These discussions help ZCJK and HS better understand what local block producers actually need.

For some customers, the priority may be higher output. For others, it may be easier maintenance, more suitable molds, better use of local materials, or a production line that can be expanded gradually as orders grow.

There is rarely one standard solution that fits every factory.

By visiting customers in person, the team can connect machine configuration more closely with real production conditions instead of relying only on theoretical specifications.

From After-Sales Support to Long-Term Cooperation

Another important part of the “ZCJK Global Service Journey” was reconnecting with existing customers and discussing new opportunities.

For customers who had already been using the equipment, the visit gave both sides a chance to review previous cooperation and talk about future needs. Some customers were considering new molds, production upgrades, additional equipment, or expansion into new concrete products.

For ZCJK and HS, this kind of repeat communication is valuable because the customer’s needs change as the business grows.

A machine that was suitable when a factory first started may later need additional molds, improved material handling, higher automation, or more production capacity.

Good after-sales service therefore means more than repairing equipment. It means continuing to understand the customer’s business after the machine has entered production.

Closer Service, Better Production Support

The Ghana service trip reflects a simple principle behind ZCJK and HS customer support:

The real value of a block machine is created after it starts producing.

Installation, operator training, maintenance guidance, troubleshooting, spare-parts support, and production advice all influence whether a customer can keep the factory running smoothly.

From August 5 to 30, the ZCJK service team travelled closer to customers, listened to their concerns, entered their production sites, and worked with them to solve practical problems.

The conversations were also a chance to exchange ideas and explore new opportunities together.

For customers, this means they are not only purchasing equipment. They have a technical team they can continue to communicate with as production develops.

And for ZCJK and HS, every factory visit provides a clearer understanding of how to build block-making solutions that work not only in the workshop before shipment, but also in the customer’s real production environment.

The “ZCJK Global Service Journey” will continue to bring technical support closer to customers and help more block producers operate with greater confidence, stability, and efficiency.
